or family? TourDog will provide you with
a hotel or contact
update form, which you may update online whenever you change hotels
or venues. The information is then automatically forwarded to any email
addresses you desire.
Each TourDog site package includes:

Each TourDog customer will receive a standard design that conforms with the TourDog site layout. Unless you specify otherwise your site will not be password protected, however there is no additional charge for password protection. Password assignment will be the responsibility of TourDog production staff.
For pricing purposes a page is considered to be the amount of information that would normally reside on a standard 8 1/2 X 11 page. This determination will be made by TourDog production staff. Submission of production information is preferred in data format, i.e. on disk, however we can scan your information if it currently exists as hardcopy. If you want a logo on your main page it should be submitted on disk as a jpeg, gif or tiff file. If you submit your logo as a different type of file, photo or stat, there will be additional charges to make it site ready. One web form will be provided with each site package. Additional forms will be priced according to the custom services rate listed below.
Simple revisions consist of simple text changes. i.e. name changes or value changes. Simple revisions will be made three or less times per month. Additional revisions will be priced per incident, depending upon complexity. Complex revisions include any text changes that affect more than 10% of page content and will be negotiated or billed at the custom services rate that follows. Custom design services including stage plots, custom artwork, logo design or editing, and image editing on a per job basis. Custom services billed at $65 per hour, on a pro-rated basis.
